1. A stay is only guaranteed by a deposit whose amount is equal 35% of the total amount or by a deposit representing 1 night if only 1 night has been booked.

2.Cancellation policy:
- In case of written cancellation received at least 15 days prior
forecasted arrival, the Hotel undertakes to fully reimburse this
deposit of 35%, or 1 night deposit amount in case of 1 night stay,
- If the cancellation is received between 15 and 8 days prior
forecasted arrival date, the deposit corresponding to 35 % of the
reservation total amount will be kept by the hotel.
- If the cancellation is received less than 8 days prior forecasted
arrival date, the total amount of the stay initially reserved will be
charged.

3. In case of no-show, the totality of the reserved stay will be charged and the deposit not reimbursed ; the whole booking is automatically cancelled

4. For persons leaving before their due date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

5. The City Tax of La Croix Valmer is an overcharge of 1.10 € per person per night.

6. Hotel rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3:00pm ; check-out time 11:00am.

7. All our rooms are no smoking rooms ; please abstain from smoking in your room, our terrace and the garden are at your entire disposal.

8. The hotel swimming-pool is exclusively reserved for Hotel Guests.

9. We do ask parents to ensure that their children are accompanied in the public areas of the Hotel, especially around the swimming-pool and in the lift.

10 . On request only, small dogs can be accepted at the Hotel without supplement ; however, for the comfort of our Guests and for reasons of hygiene, they are not allowed at the swimming- pool and have to be kept on a lead.

11. We will charge an amount of 90.00 € for all the keys lost or not returned via post.
